Aaron Strang is a 1996 graduate of the Univ. of Minnesota, Duluth with a degree in music education. He resides in Webster WI with his wife and son, where he works as a substitute teacher and composer. From 1998 - 2000 he composed shows for the Foley HS winter drumline, Perfect Cadence with which the group placed 2nd, 3rd, and 1st respectively at the state level. In 2000 Aaron was the winner of the Minnesota Band Directors Association composition contest for the piece "Suite Dreams". He has music published with Really Good Music, LLC. and Northeastern Music Publications. He continues to actively compose for jazz and concert bands.
